I have over 15 years of experience helping people like you find the joy in working out. I founded my gym, United Barbell, in 2010 as an inclusive, inspiring place where everyone falls in love with training.
My Approach
My goal is to help you curate a sustainable practice that supports your real life and real body. Together we will work to let go of self-hatred and internalized body shame, and focus on what your body and mind really need to thrive.
As a gym owner, CrossFit coach, nutrition coach, and veteran of the fitness industry for 15 years, I’ve coached hundreds of people to real, lasting lifestyle changes. I’ve also seen people struggle and torture themselves for too long trying to achieve the “perfect” body. Years can be lost to yo-yo dieting, overtraining, and shame spirals.
I’m here to help you break these toxic patterns.

Online Training
6 Week Transformation Project
Offered quarterly, our shared goal is to create and implement sustainable changes for a truly healthy lifestyle.
Free of body shaming, self-hatred and toxic diet culture, this project is for people who are tired of trying to be what society wants and are ready to integrate health and fitness as a true self-care practice.
Ongoing Online Training
Building off my Transformation Project, we train together through a combination of in-person or video check-ins and online programming.
